Essie First Timer.  No, those aren’t fried eggs on my nails!!  You may notice that the bottle color is different from the color on my nails.  This is more evident in the second picture.  Essie First Timer completely changes color when you put top coat on it.  It goes from a lovely minty green to an almost neon green with very yellow undertones.  The “new” color is not bad, but it wasn’t what I wanted. I much prefer the color pre top coat.

Orly Snowcone with Joby gemstones.  Beautiful color and even better formula. I wore this for a baby shower.  It’s the perfect baby blue.

Sinful SHINE Wisp; Lush Lacquer Mr. Bubble; Island Girl Hawaiian Dream; Island Girl Big Wave.  Seems like this should be a Valentine’s Day mani but maybe because it’s Spring I’m feeling love in the air.  LOL.

I bought two of the new Sinful SHINE polishes which claim to be 5X more glossy than a patent leather shoe.  Yes, they are glossy, but not more so than many other polishes I own, and since I always wear top coat to prolong the life of my mani and dry my nails faster (quick dry top coat), it’s not a marketing concept with much appeal for me.

Wet n Wild Megalast Sugar Coat.  I was very hesitant to buy this even though it’s inexpensive because I had read so many bad reviews about how awful and streaky the formula was.  Well, I had no issues!  It was perfect with 2 coats and I absolutely love it.  So feminine and pretty.

Salon Perfect Fired Up Fuchsia.  I believe this is a dupe of China Glaze’s Purple Panic.  Both brands are owned by the same company and many of China Glaze’s colors are duplicated in the Salon Perfect line.  This color is more fuchsia and not as pink as it’s photographing.  This is a neon so it dries matte but looks wonderfully bright and shiny with a top coat.
